This small book offers a popular interpretation of Huang Binhong's life and art, including the personal insights of the author in organizing his life chronology in "Huang Binhong's Chronology" and exploring his artistic philosophy and brushwork characteristics in "Discussions from Honglu Studio." Huang Binhong's artistic philosophy and practices are not easily understood at first glance. It is precisely because they cannot be seen through immediately that they have given rise to scholarly debates.
