Biography of Yang Shangkui

Author: Yang Peijin
Publisher:
Publish Date: 2000-04-01
Features: This book references and cites a large amount of material. Sometimes, a single event or detail is based on references from multiple sources, making it impossible to list every source individually. Therefore, a comprehensive bibliography of all these books and materials is included as an appendix. Due to the nature of biographical writing or other reasons, some articles and materials have been quoted directly. For those with more extensive text, the author's name and how they describe the event are mentioned before the quote. For explanations of the historical context or location, or for shorter quotes, no additional notes are provided. Since different materials and articles often offer varying accounts of the timing, details, people involved, and sequence of events, sometimes even contradictory ones, this book has made every effort to conduct further interviews or analyze and judge based on the circumstances at the time, adopting the most reasonable account available.
