Features: The purpose of the internship in "Diagnosis" is to enable students to learn systematic history-taking and standardized physical examinations, correctly use laboratory data to distinguish between normal and abnormal clinical manifestations, and understand their clinical significance, laying a foundation for later learning internal medicine and other clinical courses. The internship in "Diagnosis" (experiment) emphasizes close integration of theory with practice, cultivating students' clinical skills and hands-on abilities, and gradually fostering their good medical ethics, pragmatic and rigorous scientific attitude. It also helps to develop their ability to think independently, comprehensively analyze, and solve clinical practical problems. To assist students in better completing the internship in "Diagnosis" (experiment), we have organized some teachers with rich teaching and clinical experience to write this internship guide based on the requirements of the national higher medical colleges' textbook "Diagnosis" and the "Teaching Syllabus for Diagnosis." The entire book is divided into four main parts: history-taking and physical examination, electrocardiography, laboratory tests, and imaging diagnosis. Each internship section is followed by review questions to facilitate student learning.
