Features: This book is intended for senior students majoring in exhibition and convention studies in colleges and universities, as well as professionals, managers, translators, and event planners involved in exhibition and convention work who possess a comparable level of English proficiency. During the writing process of this book, we placed great emphasis on both the knowledge and practicality of the teaching material, particularly on the training of listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in exhibition and convention English. For this purpose, each unit in the book is composed of four sections: Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing, which are further divided into five parts: New Words, Text, Notes, Sentence Patterns, and Exercises. The entire book consists of fourteen units, with content closely tied to the display activities of various large-scale exhibitions and conventions both domestically and internationally. The language is authentic and practical, making it suitable for oral and written communication with Western exhibition and convention professionals. At the end of the book, there is an English-Chinese glossary of commonly used terms, which includes over 800 frequently used popular expressions in the planning and execution of exhibitions and conventions worldwide.
