Features: "I am not. In this world, we all know nothing, nothing at all. Do you know why? Because the business world has always changed too quickly." A few people started laughing at that moment. Then the speaker on stage stopped and pointed at them. At that time, the scale might be hundreds of times larger than your company, and the management might be hundreds of times better. But their problem is that they think they know everything, yet in reality, they know nothing. And this is exactly the message I want to convey today. The men and women watching the speaker are all top figures in the business world. So, why did they invite this "know-nothing" speaker? Why did they listen to his insults? The answer is, because he is a management master. The word "guru" in Indian means a master, someone who deeply contemplates the meaning of life. In India, gurus are deeply respected and loved by society for their wisdom. But in the United States and Europe, the meaning of this word is slightly different. It usually describes people who write and talk about business and management topics. They do not try to answer questions like "How can we live in a peaceful environment?" or "What is the meaning of life?" Instead, they ask, "How can I make more profits?" or "Why don't people work harder?" In recent years, the views of management masters have had a huge impact not only on businesses but also on politics, schools, hospitals, and people's daily lifestyles. This book introduces six management masters. Although they might say they know nothing themselves, their ideas have created the world of modern businesses!
