Wonderland of Magic: OzOzma Princess (Chinese and English two volumes)

Author: (USA) Baum (Baum, L.F.)
Publisher:
Publication Date: 2004-12-01
Features: A magical, mysterious, and infinitely imaginative journey. This book was adapted into the Disney film classic The Wizard of Oz in 1985! The first human search for "aliens," the "Ozma Project," was named after the book's main character, Princess Ozma. The clever and mischievous Tip wanted to scare the witch Mombi and made a Jack-o'-lantern pumpkin, but the pumpkin unexpectedly came to life. So Tip took it on the run with him. When they reached Emerald City, the rebel army led by the Golden Girl was already at the gates, and the current king of Emerald City, the Scarecrow, was in mortal danger. The situation was critical, so they had no choice but to seek help from the Scarecrow's good friend, the Tin Woodman. Unbeknownst to them, they fell into the maze set by Mombi. In the end, with the help of the good witch Glinda, they not only recaptured Emerald City but also unexpectedly discovered that Tip was Princess Ozma, who had been missing for many years.
About Princess Ozma: A storm blew Dorothy and the yellow hen Billina to the land of Ev, where trees bore lunches. On this magical land, Dorothy met her old friends, the Scarecrow, the Tin Woodman, the Cowardly Lion, and new friends, the Toto and Princess Ozma. To rescue the Queen of Ev and her ten children, they all journeyed to the beautiful yet mysterious underground palace of Nome. As a result, Ozma was turned into a beautiful grasshopper carved from emeralds, the Scarecrow into a pure gold calling card, the Tin Woodman into a comically shaped whistle resembling a little fat pig, and only Dorothy was spared. Just as they were about to be defeated, the yellow hen Billina stepped forward and saved everyone with quick thinking.
