Practicing yoga is also a way to make ourselves happier. Modern people often feel empty, unable to grasp themselves, and feel no health or happiness. Yet yoga grants freedom to the body and mind, guiding people toward a world of happiness, which is also why yoga has become increasingly popular in recent years. However, even the best yoga will have no effect if it is not practiced. This book introduces yoga exercises that can prevent illness or help alleviate mental fatigue in daily life, with theoretical foundations primarily derived from traditional Indian and Korean medicine related to yoga.
