What are the good methods for treating burns?

Patient's question:

The day before yesterday, while I was cooking, my daughter opened the hot steamer, and a burst of steam shot straight into her face. At that moment, she immediately used cold water to rinse her face, but her respiratory tract was still burned. What are the treatment methods for burns?

Doctor's answer:

The simplest and most effective first aid method is to take clean water from an unopened refrigerator and rinse the wound immediately. Then go directly to the hospital—but that's not the best method. Household burns are mainly first, second, and deep second-degree burns. For first-degree burns, apply stored honeysuckle oil directly to the wound surface from the refrigerator. It usually doesn't blister. First-degree and second-degree burns don't cause a burning sensation. Deep second-degree burns (which peel immediately) don't cause a burning sensation.
