This experimental manual is titled "Pathogenic Biology and Immunology Experimental Guide." The content and order of this experimental manual are basically arranged according to the theoretical textbook. Except for the introduction, the book is divided into three parts: Medical Immunology, Medical Microbiology, and Human Parasitology. Among them, there are 13 experiments in Medical Immunology, 22 in Medical Microbiology, and 8 in Human Parasitology. To facilitate students' learning, the writing of this textbook strives to combine fundamental theories with basic technical operations. The technical operations are written into the relevant experiments to help students further grasp and understand the fundamental theories of the textbook through experimental operations. Additionally, common reagent preparation methods are appended to the relevant experiments, which can serve as references for students' future clinical practice and scientific research. To enable students to gain deeper knowledge and cultivate a rigorous scientific attitude through the experimental process and result analysis, corresponding reflection questions are provided after each experiment in this book.
