In clinical practice, he emphasized therapeutic efficacy and advocated innovation. He not only practiced the integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine but also placed great importance on the traditional TCM diagnostic approach of syndrome differentiation, emphasizing "use the medicine that suits the syndrome." Based on his clinical insights, he proposed the new concept of "Ten-Category Syndrome Differentiation." He had many unique insights in disease diagnosis and treatment, such as paying attention to the social and psychological factors affecting patients. His skillful use of "Shi's paired herbs" in medication was a distinctive feature of his therapeutic approach. This book selects and includes 212 verified cases of Shi's after 1949, divided into four parts: Internal Medicine, Gynecology, Pediatrics, and Other Diseases. For each category of disease, it first discusses its syndrome differentiation and treatment, recording Shi Jinmo's unique insights in syndrome differentiation and treatment, followed by case studies of each syndrome, detailing the process of prescription and medication during treatment. Each case is accompanied by an annotation for interpretation. This book faithfully reflects Shi's academic insights and medical experience, making it invaluable for learning and inheriting the experience of renowned TCM masters.
