Publishing Date: 2003-12-01
Features: This book is a higher vocational education textbook for engineering colleges in the fields of "Refrigeration and Air Conditioning," "Heating, Ventilation, and Sanitary Engineering Technology," "Building Water and Electricity Technology," "Property Facility Management," and "Industrial Equipment Installation." It can also serve as a correspondence teaching material for vocational colleges and a job training textbook. In accordance with the requirements of the higher vocational specialized person training model proposed by the Ministry of Education, this textbook on "Budget and Construction Organization Management" was compiled with the principle of strengthening basic vocational skills education and focusing on cultivating students' practical and engineering skills. Its purpose is to enhance practical abilities and train applied and interdisciplinary talents needed for building installation engineering. The compilers have determined and selected the content of this book based on the teaching objectives, emphasizing construction quotas, budget quotas, construction drawing budgets and construction budgets, construction organization design for unit projects, and management during the construction process. Examples of construction drawing budgets for indoor water supply and drainage, indoor heating, boiler room equipment, ventilation and air conditioning engineering, as well as examples of construction organization design for centralized heating pipeline networks are included. Teachers can select and teach topics based on the training direction and specific conditions of their institutions. To enable beginners to master the method of calculating project quantities and analyzing pipe specifications and quantities according to the actual installation positions of pipelines, this book adopts a step-by-step analysis calculation method for pipeline quantities. However, teachers may not need to explain each pipe segment in detail during instruction.
