Features: The administrative supervision organs of China are specialized agencies of the government responsible for exercising supervisory functions. They are primarily tasked with supervising and inspecting the implementation of national laws, regulations, policies, and decisions by national administrative organs and their staff, as well as other personnel appointed by administrative organs. They are also responsible for investigating and handling violations and disciplinary actions. The Constitution of the People's Republic of China stipulates that the State Council "leads and manages civil affairs, public security, justice, administration, and supervision," thereby establishing the position of administrative supervision in China's political system. The Administrative Supervision Regulations of the People's Republic of China further clarifies the nature, leadership system, scope of jurisdiction, functions, powers, and organizational structure of administrative supervision organs, further solidifying their legal status. Administrative supervision organs in China bear significant responsibilities in combating corruption and advancing integrity.
