For controversial issues, based on the perspective of development and the principle of seeking truth from facts, the book cites the formulations since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the new central documents, excluding unrealistic, detached from real life, outdated, stagnant, and rigid viewpoints. It seeks to break the influence of conventional forces, striving to achieve scientific and accurate results, thereby guiding practice.
