It explains the nature, purpose, and tasks of the corporate contract credit promotion association, its role in contract credit rating evaluation and recognition, the basic principles and methods of its operations, and the relationships among the association, member enterprises, government administrative agencies, and intermediaries. The chapter also dedicates a section to discussing the correlations between corporate contract credit construction and other aspects such as sustainable development, corporate strategy, corporate culture and ethics, brand building, and other specialized management areas.
Chapter 5, from a practical perspective, introduces the basic content of corporate contract credit management and knowledge on how to prevent contract credit risks. It guides enterprises to innovate their management systems through the construction and improvement of contract credit management, thereby accelerating adaptation to the socialist market economy and international operations. Additionally, from a legal compliance perspective, it covers knowledge on applying various guarantees to transfer corporate contract credit risks and explains the proper use of rights such as defense, set-off, substitution, and revocation to mitigate contract risks.
The purpose of this book is to provide a concise and accessible reading material on corporate contract credit knowledge for members of the contract credit promotion association and those interested in corporate contract credit construction. It aims to inject vitality into the burgeoning corporate contract credit construction movement and contribute to the development of the social credit system. However, due to the many new situations and issues in the theory and practice of corporate contract credit and social credit system construction that require continuous exploration and practice, the discussions in this book are subject to further refinement in practice. Moreover, given the authors' limited expertise, there may be shortcomings or inaccuracies, for which the readers are kindly requested to excuse and provide corrections.
