With the ongoing reform of China's economic system and economic development, reforms in China's fiscal and tax sector have also been continuously advancing, and economic conditions have undergone significant changes. The original Public Finance requires many adjustments. Against this backdrop, I have revised the teaching of Public Finance, making appropriate adjustments and supplements while maintaining the original framework as much as possible. The most significant changes include: removing the chapter on State-owned Assets Revenue, adding a chapter on Extra-budgetary Funds (added twice in the original text, but should be once), and making substantial adjustments in chapters such as Government Budget and Fiscal Relations Between Governments, enriching the content related to fiscal relations in recent years. Additionally, some suitable adjustments have been made in other chapters.
