Features: After the publication of "Case Selection," feedback from various regions was very positive. Farmers appreciated this case-based approach to law, as it made numerous legal knowledge and statutes more accessible and understandable, helping them learn how to handle various issues in their daily lives in accordance with the law. In the past two years, China has introduced several new laws and regulations. To enable farmers to quickly learn and understand these updates, we organized a team to compile "Case Analysis of Farmers Learning the Law and Protecting Their Rights." The editorial committee chair of "Case Analysis of Farmers Learning the Law and Protecting Their Rights" is chaired by Sun Zaiyong, Vice President of the China Society of Law. This book draws from the most recent cases involving farmers' rights from the past two years. We strive to provide in-depth yet accessible legal analysis, enabling farmers to understand, enjoy, benefit from, and abide by the law, thereby learning how to protect their legitimate rights and interests in accordance with the law.
