Features: This book is Volume 9 of the Journal of Commercial Law (2005 Issue). The Specialized Research on Commercial Law section includes four papers; the Research Reports section features a research report titled The Legal Framework of the Credit System for Listed Companies, led by Zhu Ci Yun's research team. The report argues that the credit of listed companies is a systematic engineering, "listed credit" is a unique form of credit for listed companies, and the effectiveness of corporate governance is the foundation of listed company credit. The Foreign Commercial Law section includes three papers, and the Master's Theses section includes two papers.
