Features: The lag of business schools behind the times is a global issue, and China's development requires innovation in social organizations. This book focuses on social organization innovation. The first part proposes the reform of state-owned enterprises as corporate enterprises, where public ownership includes three systems: positional public ownership, material public ownership, and knowledge public ownership. Entrepreneurs should possess a versatile foundation and be selected through job bidding, recommended by entrepreneur associations, and elected through a two-way process involving shareholders' meetings (or industry associations) and workers' unions. Regular terms ensure a cycle of employment and training. The second part divides society into four major organizational systems based on human needs: family, school, enterprise, and government; it also categorizes commodity organizations into six major industries: energy, food, construction, clothing, transportation, and finance. It proposes establishing six industry chambers of commerce and six entrepreneur universities, integrating industry chambers with entrepreneur universities, implementing chain management for entrepreneur universities, establishing discipline centers to compile textbooks, and achieving knowledge resource sharing. From the perspective of creating a social environment, this book offers new insights for addressing the century-old challenge of enterprise resource shortages. It also presents personal views on reforming China's political, educational, and economic management systems, holding significant ideological and practical value. It is suitable for government officials in educational and economic management departments, university faculty and students, enterprise managers, and enthusiasts.
