Features: People often admire someone and praise them as having "high wisdom." The character of "wisdom" contains too much meaning. Through continuous learning, exploration, and understanding of life in our experiences, we become more mature and wise. All of this stems from our comprehension of life. A fragment of life, a story, an experience can all become a touchstone of wisdom that resonates with our hearts, becoming the nourishment that enriches our quality of life. We all come into this world naked and will leave without a trace. What differs is each person's life journey, perceptions, and experiences—success and failure, happiness and pain, satisfaction and disappointment, tranquility and agitation. All these thoughts and feelings, attitudes, are thus born. We are all worldly beings, inevitably influenced by external factors. Sometimes, we may stumble upon a wonderful article that enlightens us, moves us deeply, and leaves us reflecting endlessly, so we carefully collect these brilliant little essays, creating our own "treasure trove." Over time, these have accumulated into a substantial treasure, which we now share with everyone. These stories have been further selected, refined, and organized to form this series of "Golden Stories" (the "Wealth Edition" and "Love Edition" were launched this time). In the selection and arrangement of the articles, we organized them based on the inherent characteristics of love and wealth, "threading scattered pearls together to create a more perfect artwork." As the title suggests, through our careful selection and refinement, we hope every little story becomes a "golden story," striving to offer everyone a premium reading experience that brings both joy and profound wisdom. Great wisdom lies hidden in small stories. We hope everyone can draw more nourishment beneficial to the quality of life from these carefully prepared, delicious "side dishes"!
In a distant land, there was a Kingdom of Clocks, where all the citizens were ancient clocks, living a peaceful and tranquil life. Yet, even in such a peaceful nation, there were small ripples and disturbances. Some clocks were very knowledgeable, while others didn’t even know what a square root was; some were very popular and had many friends, while others were lonely and melancholic; some were wealthy, while others were poor. Why was this the case? Some progressive clocks loudly protested this inequality. The news reached the president, who believed it was indeed a problem. So, he gathered the 100 smartest clocks in the nation to form a group dedicated to studying why, despite all being clocks, there was such a vast difference. The group was named the "Fundamental Research Institute for Clock Differences."
The institute conducted countless surveys and statistics, endless possible discussions, spent enormous amounts of money, and took ten years to finally draw a conclusion. On the th day of the New Year, with the president's approval, the institute announced this conclusion to the nation. It turned out that all clocks were born with three hands—the hour hand, the minute hand, and the second hand. However, not all clocks used all three hands. Some used all three, some used two, some used one, and a few even used none. Through millions of investigations, it was discovered that each clock's performance, experiences, and resulting differences were related to the hands they used. In other words, each clock's intelligence, happiness, and wealth were closely tied to the hands they employed. This correlation is as follows: clocks that used the hour hand were very intelligent; clocks that used the minute hand were very popular and lived happily; clocks that used the second hand were very wealthy. Clocks that used all three hands were both intelligent, wealthy, and happy. Those that lacked one or more hands were missing the corresponding happiness.
The result was simple. So, all the clocks activated all three hands they had, with each hand moving in a regular rhythm. As a result, every clock became intelligent, wealthy, and happy. Later, the Clock Kingdom was also called the "Kingdom of Paradise."
In fact, humans also have differences in intelligence, emotions, and wealth, but each of us also has our own three hands. The hour hand of these three hands is our IQ; the minute hand is our EQ; the second hand is our FQ. So, how many hands have you activated?
This is a story widely circulated in Western countries: When three people died and met God, they discussed their achievements in the mortal world. One person said, "Although my life is not wealthy, my business is almost bankrupt, but my family and I don’t care. We live very happily." God listened and gave him 50 points.
