Am I suffering from glaucoma or trachoma?

Patient's question:

I have been feeling eye pain recently and it's especially easy for me to tear up. It's more noticeable when I use my phone or computer for a long time. My home is in a village, and I've visited a few children's hospitals. Some said it might be glaucoma, while others said it could be conjunctivitis. I'd like to ask an ophthalmologist if it's possible to have glaucoma, conjunctivitis, or other eye conditions?

Doctor's answer:

Eye pain with tearing, considered a symptom of visual fatigue, with prolonged computer use as the likely cause. It is recommended to use antibiotic eye drops such as levofloxacin hydrochloride in the eyes in the future, and to complement them with anti-fatigue eye drops like Stieglitz for treatment. In the future, use your eyes less, stay more active, and maintain sufficient deep sleep to gradually return to normal. Glaucoma can cause eye pain, nausea with vomiting, and severe vision loss.
