The authors are teachers and doctoral students engaged in organizational theory research at the School of Business Administration, Southwestern University of Finance and Economics. Their main research focuses on the transformation and management of organizations in the era of the internet economy, particularly highlighting new ideas and theoretical perspectives in organizational innovation, such as the theory of organization and market, internal market theory, intermediary organization theory, and modular organization. This forms our own research characteristics and theoretical viewpoints. Here, we aim to comprehensively analyze and interpret the mainstream theoretical viewpoints of organizational theory since the 1990s from a higher level and propose our own perspectives, thereby constructing a theoretical system of organizational management with Chinese characteristics.
