Publish Date: 2005-06-01
Features: It is quite memorable that "finance and law" is not a very standardized concept, but we use this concept with the same intention as using "finance and law jurisprudence." We hope to use this banner to present this "legal review" to the readers, not only to incorporate various achievements from academia and practice but also to break the seemingly insurmountable barriers between disciplines. From an overall perspective, it reflects the editorial philosophy of the intersection and complementarity of economics and law, as well as the integration of theoretical research and practical operations. "Finance and Law Review" is sponsored by the School of Law at the Central University of Finance and Economics and the Institute of Finance and Law at the Central University of Finance and Economics. It is edited by Gan Gongren and Li Xuan and published by the Law Press. This review is published annually in 1 to 2 volumes, aiming to strengthen the theoretical and practical research on fiscal and financial law in China, promote the healthy development of China's financial and economic management system, and provide another platform for finance and law experts, finance and economics managers, and finance and economics practitioners to express their views, exchange ideas, and discuss hot topics. This volume of "Finance and Law Review" inherits and upholds the editorial philosophy of integrating theoretical research and practical discussions, as well as the intersection and complementarity of economics and law. It addresses urgent issues in China's finance and economics sector from different professional fields and perspectives.
