Cherish the breasts

Features: A long narrative non-fiction work titled "Cherish Your Breasts," written by a breast cancer patient, has finally come into my hands. Perhaps I don't particularly like the title of this book, but I still happily agreed to write its preface. Because the essence of this book far exceeds the mere subject of breasts, and even goes beyond the disease of breast cancer itself. It not only portrays the emotional struggles and inner journey of a cancer patient during their treatment, but also depicts the vibrant human relationships and social dynamics they encountered among other patients of different types. It not only delicately captures the subtle insights into life, but also vividly expresses the dialectical relationships between opposites yet interdependent aspects—such as the part and the whole (breast and life), form and content (body and soul), the individual and society (mere survival and dedication), gain and loss, life and death, love and being loved—rising to a philosophical level of rationality and the ultimate meaning of life.
