"Children's Drawing on Paper," is a set of picture books designed to cultivate preschool children's interest in painting. The examples and demonstrations in this book feature more concise and generalized lines, brighter and more innocent colors, and simpler, easier-to-learn drawing methods, making it convenient for young children to learn and draw independently. The step-by-step illustrations in the book guide children to understand the order of drawing: first sketch the main shape, then add details; first draw the outline, then fill in the colors; first draw the top, then the bottom; first outline, then color. This is a general requirement, but beginners don't need to strictly follow it. As long as they can draw the main outline and color of the subject, that's enough. For example, when drawing strawberries, simply outline the strawberry and fill it with rose red. The variations in lines and colors (such as the top) can be pursued later when some drawing foundation is established. As for drawing tools and materials, the key is to choose what the child enjoys, such as crayons, colored pencils, oil pastels, colored pens, watercolor paints, and brushes, among others.
