Features: Riddle nursery rhymes are a special type of nursery rhyme. Generally, the content reflected in nursery rhymes is directly told to children through catchy and melodious, beautiful, and vivid language, showing them what this is and what that is. Riddle nursery rhymes, however, are not like this. They use beautiful and vivid language to guide and inspire children, stimulating their imagination, and through thinking, they independently draw conclusions and say what this is and what that is. The former method is a (force-feeding) approach, while the latter is an (inspiring) approach. The inspiring method better engages children's thinking abilities and also enriches their knowledge (accumulation). This series, "Little Mermaid Riddle Puzzle Series," consists of newly created riddle nursery rhymes and selected traditional Chinese folk riddle nursery rhymes. The content is written based on common objects for young children or things they need to learn about. There are over 50 authors involved. Since this series is published by a rural publisher, I intentionally included many rural-themed items to make rural children feel familiar with them, while also broadening the knowledge of urban children to avoid jokes like mistaking wheat seedlings for chives. At the same time, this series adopts a colorful self-adhesive sticker format, allowing children to not only read and guess riddles but also engage in hands-on activities like sticking pictures and writing answers, creating an interactive intellectual game. I believe that this rich and diverse riddle puzzle book will help children become smarter by using their brains and hands while playing.
