Features: To effectively carry out mass physical and health improvement work and popularize psychological regulation knowledge, we embarked on the research project "Psychology and Life—Regulating Psychology for Physical and Health Improvement." We conducted in-depth investigations in rural areas, factories, schools, hospitals, and research institutions, collecting a vast amount of case materials. On this basis, we thoroughly reviewed domestic historical and modern medical literature, repeatedly verifying theories and practices. After careful selection and meticulous refinement, we compiled this book. The book is divided into two parts. The first part covers the principles and methods of regulating psychology for health improvement, including the relationship between emotions and health, measures for fitness and disease prevention, and scientific methods for psychological regulation (treatment). The second part is an anthology of historical and modern Chinese stories on psychological regulation for health improvement, introducing a total of 50 cases.
