Features: With the development of society, people's concepts of life are gradually changing, and their awareness of health is becoming stronger. In daily life, people are no longer satisfied with merely replenishing the energy needed by the body through three meals a day. Instead, they achieve a balanced diet by rationally adjusting their food intake to obtain various nutrients required by the body, thereby promoting health. This book is divided into two parts: Part One first introduces the relationship between diet and health, and argues the principle of "treating diseases with food and treating food with medicine" from aspects such as the medicinal properties and effects of food, human constitution, and seasonal differences. It then briefly introduces the origins, functions, characteristics, and cooking methods of dietary therapy, and classifies dietary therapeutic foods for easy reference by readers. Part Two provides a detailed introduction to common health knowledge in daily life and the pathogenesis and treatment methods of common diseases. For example, it explains how to improve skin health, nourish hair, enhance vision, strengthen the body, delay aging, and promote longevity. It also covers dietary therapies for conditions such as athlete's foot, drunkenness, heatstroke, and hiccups, listing corresponding dietary therapeutic recipes based on different symptoms. Readers can choose according to their actual needs and are expected to benefit greatly.
