Features: To adapt to the needs of the times and further promote advanced engineering management theories, methods, and practical experiences, providing a broader communication platform for professionals, and accelerating China's engineering management alignment with international standards, the Research Society of Engineering Management of China Institute of Architectural Engineering and Shanghai Puhua Technology Development Co., Ltd. have decided to jointly organize this annual conference based on the complementary strengths of each party in academic theory and applied practice. The theme of this annual conference is "Accelerating the Informatization of Engineering Management," with main content including: modern engineering management concepts, organizations, methods, and practices; theories and practices of modern engineering management informatization; cutting-edge research in modern engineering management; theories, methods, and practices of project general contracting and project management, etc. With the strong support of the general members and the public, this conference has received a large number of academic papers. After expert peer review, this collection has selected 20 papers, covering the concepts, methods, and cutting-edge practices of modern project management as well as engineering management informatization. It will play a positive role in accelerating the informatization of engineering management in China, as well as in learning and exchanging advanced concepts, methods, models, and practical applications of domestic and international engineering project management and informatization.
