Through this, he meets kind neighbors like the trumpet-playing old man. Ahzi and Ahzi's wife are mysterious in their whereabouts. They take Sanmao to a high-end jewelry store to select jewelry, and Sanmao unknowingly "cooperates" with them. A "big show" of swapping jewelry occurs in the store. Witnessing two young boys fighting, Sanmao intervenes to rescue the bullied Xiaogu. Xiaogu's family is very poor, but they treat Sanmao like their own family, deeply moving him. He buys three hens for Xiaogu's family at once, hoping that the family's good luck will begin with these hens.
