The Introduction to the 'Intellectual Development' Section:
All parents hope their children are intelligent, and whether a child is intelligent is related to their intellectual abilities. What is intelligence? Intelligence is a comprehensive cognitive ability, including attention, observation, memory, imagination, thinking, and creativity. Among these, attention is the condition for intelligence, observation is the window of intelligence, memory is the storage of intelligence, imagination is the wings of intelligence, thinking is the core of intelligence, and creativity is the transformer of intelligence. Early childhood also needs to develop oral language expression skills, which is the foundation of intelligence. These intellectual factors are not mechanically added together but organically combined to form a stable structure, working comprehensively. Developing intelligence requires not only developing a child's various intellectual factors but also forming a good intellectual structure, guiding the child to continuously improve their own intellectual structure. For this purpose, we have designed lively and interesting activities and rich and colorful illustrations based on the physical and mental development characteristics of 3-4-year-old children to cultivate their attention, observation, memory, imagination, thinking, and creativity, enabling comprehensive improvement in their cognitive abilities, hands-on skills, and the ability to think and analyze problems.
The Introduction to the 'Language Development' Section:
Language intelligence is an important indicator of a child's cognitive development. The acquisition of every kind of knowledge a person has is more or less related to language ability, so language ability often becomes the foundation for the development of a child's overall intelligence. Only when children's language intelligence develops well can their entire intellectual structure be optimized, and their potential can be fully developed. Research shows that the age of 3-8 is the critical period for preschoolers' language development. If children receive proper education during this period, it can yield twice the result with half the effort. Language ability develops through use. The key to developing language ability is to create an environment where children want to speak, dare to speak, enjoy speaking, and have opportunities to speak, and where they receive responses in this environment. A child's language ability is reflected in: understanding and applying words and phrases, grasping and describing the characteristics of things, language memory, the ability to analyze and express text, the ability to summarize and analyze language, and so on. For this purpose, we have carefully designed various activities based on the characteristics of language development in 3-4-year-old children. Through language games, nursery rhymes, stories, and other forms of activities, accompanied by bright and vivid illustrations, we create an environment for children to speak and express themselves, while also improving parents' language education wisdom, enabling comprehensive development and improvement in their language abilities. This book also includes sections on mathematics, science, and art.
