Do you have a newborn jaundice check table?

Patient's question:

Newborn jaundice check table, newborn 32 days, facial jaundice hasn't subsided, checked on March 17th, facial 16.7, shoulder 17.8, abdomen 12.3, breastfeeding, normal urination and defecation, normal sleep, is it serious?

Doctor's answer:

Physiological jaundice appears 2-3 days after birth, peaks on 4-6 days, and disappears within 7-10 days. Premature infants have a longer duration, with only mild loss of appetite as the only clinical symptom. If jaundice occurs within 24 hours after birth and does not resolve within 2-3 weeks, worsens after initially fading, or recurs after fading, or if jaundice only begins 1 week to several weeks after birth, these are all signs of pathological jaundice.
Treatment for newborn jaundice:
1. Blue light irradiation (phototherapy) can heal on its own. Adding sugar water can accelerate the resolution of jaundice and does not require treatment. Traditional Chinese medicine has the functions of clearing heat, promoting diuresis, regulating qi and blood circulation, strengthening the spleen, and promoting bile excretion to resolve jaundice.
