Features: This is the second volume of "The Rise and Fall of a Dynasty." The content begins after the "Jingnan Campaign" following the seizure of power by the Yongle Emperor. It narrates the deeds of the renowned Yongle Emperor in Chinese history—his five northern campaigns against the Mongols, Zheng He's seven voyages to the Western Oceans, his southern campaign to pacify Annam, and more. Later, the Yongle Emperor passed away during his return journey from the northern campaign against the Mongols. After a relatively peaceful "Reign of Ren and Xuan," the Ming Dynasty entered a period of turmoil. Grand eunuch Wang Zhen seized power and acted recklessly, leading to the loss of 200,000 elite troops. Fortunately, the famous loyal minister Yu Qian saved the Ming Empire during the "Mutiny at Tumu Fortress." However, he was later killed after the "Coup of the Gate" when two emperors fought for the throne.
