Features: Many years ago, I once thought about switching careers to become a pilot. At that time, my wife said a sentence that enlightened me: "Pilots are everywhere, but cartoonists are very rare." I also want to say this to you, Xiao Yanzhong. After all, protecting the already scarce humorous creatures is the duty of every person who loves laughter. Moreover, this humorous creature is a rare breed rarely seen in a century.
— Zhu Deyong
Xiao Yanzhong is a cartoonist with a gentle tone, as well as a playful big boy with an even more curious heart than a curious baby. He has built his dreams in the field of single-panel comics. An early-career rising star with no trace of arrogance in his eyes—this is another kind of success beyond his comic achievements.
— Ao Youxiang
Xiao Yanzhong is rarely clear-headed; he is always in his own fantasy world. His interests are very broad—he performs stage plays, holds concerts, and designs logos for others—but none of these can feed him. Fortunately, he can draw comics.
— Liu Ruoying
I originally thought that imagination could extend infinitely. Every panel of Yanzhong’s work is a world that surprises you.
— Ren Xianqi
His jokes are very funny, but he himself is not very funny. It’s only after things settle that his image becomes amusing. Whenever he gets drunk, he keeps talking and talking, repeating things very accurately until you give up.
— Wu Ba
If you know that humor is important in life, then you must know the importance of Xiao Yanzhong’s comics.
— Zhou Huajian
