Day Thirty-One: The Mysterious Girl
In the tent at dawn, Martin is still dreaming when a mysterious girl appears beside him. She wakes Martin up and warmly congratulates him on his birthday. Outside the tent, Romeo leads two classmates. They plan to drench Martin with water when he comes out, take a photo of his disheveled appearance, and then lead him away. However, the girl discovers their mischief. At her command, the two classmates seem possessed, obediently placing buckets over their heads, while Romeo lies on the ground meowing like a cat. The girl likes Martin and casts a spell to make him no longer like Ronna, but Martin remains unaffected. After learning about Martin's feelings for Ronna, the girl disappears quietly.
Day Thirty-Two: Firefighter Martin
Martin, dressed in full firefighter gear, slides down from upstairs as his father bakes bread. Suddenly, flames erupt from the oven, but Martin, trained in firefighting, quickly extinguishes the fire. He sees a fire truck parked at the door and boards it with Guo Mo, instructing the driver to pick up Ronna for school. On the way, they spot a kitten stuck in a tree. Martin raises the ladder to rescue it, only to find it's a cloth cat. Just as they arrive at Ronna's house, they receive an emergency call about a place being flooded. Martin rushes off, only to discover it's a prank. The culprit is Romeo, who, thinking he's clever, accidentally knocks over a beehive. A swarm of bees chase and sting him, and even jumping into a small river doesn't help. Fortunately, firefighter Martin arrives in time to save him.
