Features: Reading is the fundamental way for people to acquire knowledge. In the process of learning a second language, reading training is an important means and link for comprehensively improving communicative skills in the foreign language. To cultivate and enhance the reading ability of Russian majors, promote the training of listening, speaking, writing, and translation skills, and ultimately improve their comprehensive use of Russian, we have compiled this textbook series. This series of textbooks has the following characteristics: In terms of material selection and format, we strive for consistency. Based on different materials, we adopt various exercise methods to train different reading methods and techniques, with the goal of improving students' ability to comprehensively use various reading skills, understand the original text in a large, fast, and accurate manner, and expand their knowledge while deepening their understanding of the cultural background of the target language country. Considering students' psychological adaptation and actual learning capacity, the first and second volumes emphasize being rich in illustrations, supplemented by jokes, humor, riddles, etc. The third and fourth volumes focus on expanding students' knowledge and improving language skills, selecting news reports, essays, papers, various advertisements, science and technology articles, etc., and are accompanied by various exercises.
