Features: Make interior design simple, teaching you how to create small items and design large spaces, with the CD providing multimedia teaching content and all source files for major examples. The CD introduction provides all the materials used in the book and the production processes for some examples. The book is organized based on the principle of "start with individuals, then the whole; start with simplicity, then complexity," introducing interior design ideas and methods through case studies. The greatest feature of this book is systematically introducing knowledge points by combining the production processes of 13 common interior items. It adopts a step-by-step, progressive teaching method: first explaining the creation methods of interior objects, then comprehensively introducing the creation methods of various interior renderings, which also serves as a further summary and application of the previously learned content. This way, readers not only gain new knowledge but also reinforce what they have already learned.
The book consists of 10 chapters. Chapters 1–5 use examples to explain the basic knowledge of 3ds Max 7; Chapter 6 uses examples to explain the basic knowledge of Lightscape 3.2; Chapter 7 uses examples to explain the creation methods of 13 interior small items; Chapters 8–10 explain the creation processes of three complete and comprehensive examples of restaurants, bedrooms, and living rooms, providing some new ideas for model creation.
The accompanying CD includes a multimedia courseware with the content "rich and easy to browse," allowing readers to learn the book's knowledge more intuitively and quickly. The CD contains multimedia courseware for some examples in the book, providing all the required source files, materials, and more. This book is suitable for readers who have not yet mastered the basic usage of 3ds Max but wish to improve in the field of interior rendering creation.
