Features: This book is a planned teaching material for higher vocational and technical colleges under the Ministry of Education. It is compiled based on the newly formulated "Basic Requirements for Teaching of Simulation Electronic Technology in Higher Vocational and Technical Education" and the "Basic Requirements for Teaching of Digital Electronic Technology in Higher Vocational and Technical Education" by the Ministry of Education. To fully reflect the teaching characteristics of higher vocational and technical education, which aims to cultivate applied engineering technology talents, the content of this textbook emphasizes fundamental knowledge, selects key material, and keeps theoretical knowledge to a "necessary and sufficient" degree while highlighting basic concepts. To demonstrate the teaching focus on engineering applications, it introduces the newest practical electronic circuits and new electronic devices and their applications. The content is arranged in a way that is interconnected to facilitate teaching. The book is divided into 13 chapters, covering: semiconductor devices, basic amplification circuits and applications, analog integrated amplifiers and their applications, basic digital electronic circuits, combinational logic circuits, flip-flops and sequential logic circuits, large-scale integrated digital circuits, signal processing circuits, oscillation circuits, high-performance integrated circuits and their applications, analog-to-digital and digital-to-analog conversion circuits, DC power supplies, and the application of electronic circuit simulation technology. To highlight the application-oriented feature of higher vocational education, this textbook is paired with "Electronic Technology Practice and Training," edited by Liao Xianyun, to strengthen the cultivation of students' applied technology skills. This book can be used as a teaching material for electronic, information, electrical, and mechatronics integration majors in higher vocational colleges, higher technical colleges, adult colleges, and secondary vocational colleges of undergraduate universities, as well as for reference by engineering technicians engaged in electronic technology.
