Mechanical Industry Press has accumulated rich film and television materials over years of stereoscopic publishing. Based on this, they organized multiple forces to develop the first set of real-scene multimedia tools in China. This multimedia tool selects a large number of real-scene images and video clips closely aligned with vocational skill training and learning materials, demonstrating the fundamental knowledge and skills required for over 30 trades such as mechanical and electrical engineering and construction through on-site demonstrations. It breaks away from the simulated scenarios often presented in multimedia courseware using animation formats like Flash, while also offering strong interactivity and operability, creating a new teaching and learning model. Whether used by teachers for training lectures or learners for self-study, it is an ideal auxiliary tool.
This multimedia tool was developed based on the job content and skill requirements for primary fitters as outlined in the National Vocational Standards.
Main Content Includes:
Basic knowledge of milling;
Flat and connecting surface machining;
Step, right-angle groove, and special groove machining;
Angle surface and scribing machining;
Basic knowledge and training examples of external spline machining.
Through the study of professional knowledge and skill training examples, achieve a combination of theory and practice.
This multimedia tool uses rich video materials as its basic content, making it highly visual and operational. The interactive learning method not only facilitates classroom teaching for teachers but also greatly aids learners in self-directed learning.
