Features: Yang Zhenning, a Chinese-American, was born in Huaining, Anhui in 1922. He served as a professor and director at the Institute for Theoretical Physics at Stony Brook University, State University of New York, and held the position of Professor of the "Einstein Lectures." He is also an Honorary Academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. In 1957, he won the Nobel Prize in Physics for proposing the famous theory of "parity non-conservation" (which overturned Einstein's "parity conservation" law) along with Lee Tsung-Dao. The scientific community widely acknowledges that Yang Zhenning, with his academic achievements, could have been awarded the prize again and again, both the second and third time.
