Features: In terms of presentation style, this book continues the compilation style of the "Rongtian Information" China Industrial Map series: using industries as the thread, charts as the primary means of expression, combined with concise text, to comprehensively, concentratively, and selectively reflect the current status, characteristics, and trends of industrial development in the Yangtze River Delta region. However, compared to the previous Yangtze River Delta Industrial Map, there are two new features:
1. Focus on industrial homogenization and industrial transfer phenomena during the integration of the Yangtze River Delta;
2. Adopt an industrial chain approach to analyze competitive industries. Based on the layout of each link in the industrial chain within the region, it reveals the dominant industries of each area while reflecting the progress of regional integration. This book takes an industrial chain approach to analyze industries, starting from industrial competitiveness, selecting industries based on competitive and comparative advantages, and combining the regional industrial chain layout to depict the competitive industrial development in the Yangtze River Delta region. The book is divided into two parts:
Part 1 describes the background of economic development in the Yangtze River Delta and selects 12 dominant industries, including the textile and apparel industry, petrochemical industry, steel industry, automobile manufacturing industry, equipment manufacturing industry, pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, IT industry, financial industry, real estate industry, commercial and circulation industry, modern logistics industry, and tourism industry.
Part 2 analyzes the 12 dominant industries in the Yangtze River Delta using an industrial chain approach, comprehensively describing them from three aspects: industrial layout, development overview, and key enterprises.
