Features: Since the "Common Legal Handbook Series" began editing and publishing in 2000, nearly 30 legal handbooks for different fields have been published, covering almost all aspects of daily life. Recently, with the accelerating legislative process in China, the number of revised and abolished laws and regulations in the handbooks has gradually increased. Therefore, we have selected the handbooks most closely related to people's lives for revision and released the 2005 new edition this year. We have deleted the abolished documents in each handbook and replaced the revised regulations with new documents, while supplementing newly enacted regulations.
To increase the content volume of each book, the 2005 edition has changed from a special edition to a large 32nd format and adopted a double-column layout, allowing readers to obtain more legal information at the same cost. To distinguish it from the old version, we have redesigned the cover of the entire series. To make the series more user-friendly, we have reorganized the classification of the handbooks.
In summary, during this revision process, we strive to maintain the series' features of accurate content, strong practicality, and ease of use, while giving more consideration to readers' needs in terms of scope and arrangement. We aim to be precise and targeted, making this handbook series one of the best in its category.
This book compiles 195 laws, regulations, and normative documents on various aspects such as land for real estate development, real estate development, construction, construction project quality, real estate transactions, real estate ownership, housing fund and loan management, urban housing reform, housing demolition, property management, and renovation and decoration. It covers the main laws, regulations, and judicial interpretations in the real estate field.
