Features: Execution issues are the biggest problems facing enterprises today and the primary challenges that have long plagued them. Execution is the core of competitiveness. A leadership team that does not master the art of execution is incomplete and ineffective; an organization lacking execution will not go far; an organization that does not understand how to execute will inevitably suffer from low efficiency, rampant negative trends, and fatal management black holes. For an organization, establishing an execution culture itself is a significant opportunity for improvement. Missing this opportunity will be a huge waste of the organization's energy, personnel, and resources. Therefore, improving execution is an extremely important task facing every manager. Strategic Process is the guarantee that ensures a company operates correctly. Without good strategy, a company is like a ship without a helmsman. An excellent strategic plan should consider the following aspects: conducting a thorough assessment of the internal and external environment of the company, understanding how well the company currently grasps its existing markets and customers, identifying the risks the company currently faces, determining the main competitors, defining the company's short-term and long-term interests, setting phased goals during the execution process, and figuring out how to maintain long-term profitability, and so on. Only by clarifying these questions can a suitable strategic implementation process be created for the company's development. Of course, the formulation of strategy must be closely integrated with the company's personnel and operations.
