Features: A young goose girl who has just begun to experience first love is just dreaming of how wonderful life could be when "weight loss" leaves her physically exhausted. She falls behind on the journey southward right at the beginning. Along the way, she sometimes flies together with the two older brothers who stay behind to look after her, and other times joins other flocks temporarily. Throughout the journey, she receives care in different flocks and encounters sad events, but through perseverance, cooperation, and mutual communication of their observations and feelings, she gradually grows and matures. This is the true transformation and maturity of a young goose girl who truly understands the essence of life. And humans, at times, have a degree of self-righteousness and a touch of self-deception, which are largely also subjected to such cleansing. Only by integrating into the team can one expand oneself, rather than shrink oneself. If one ends up losing oneself, then the sorrow would be immense. As the most intelligent species on earth, humans are not lacking in clever strategies. Management guru Greist tells us: outstanding strategies must be combined with outstanding execution to be effective. Once the correct strategy is determined, the key lies in execution, and the key to execution lies in the team. If every member of the team does not achieve true openness and nearly self-sacrificing dedication, how can they truly achieve the saying, "Many hands make light work"?
