Features: The World Health Organization once pointed out that if your health is 100%, then genetic factors account for 15%, social factors for 10%, medical conditions for 8%, environmental factors for 7%, and your personal lifestyle accounts for 60%. In other words, you cannot complain about bad parents, bad timing, lack of good doctors, or environmental pollution; because your health is determined by yourself. Yes, when humans first appeared on Earth, they had no life experience. They caused pollution in the air, water, food, and medicine. By the 3rd century BC, China's classic medical text Neijing proposed the concept of prevention first: "The superior physician treats disease before it occurs, while the inferior physician treats disease after it has occurred." In other words, skilled doctors emphasize prevention. By the 12th century AD, the Jin Dynasty Chinese physician Liu Wansu proposed an important medical viewpoint: "Many human diseases are caused by excessive calorie intake; therefore, attention should be paid to clearing heat." In other words, humans should not consume large amounts of starch and fat. This viewpoint is still regarded as a truth in the medical field today. By the 15th century AD, the Ming Dynasty Chinese physician Liu Chun was ordered to test medicine on prisoners from 1409 to 1475. He led over 300 medical officials and, after 66 years, conducted human experiments on thousands of death row prisoners, proposing the way of health preservation and identifying 20 life misconceptions. This book includes content such as: drinking water is very important, and timing and quantity have their own mysteries; vegetable nutrition is best raw, but cooked food offers a different experience; food processing should not be overlooked, and high-tech is a killer.
