Features: According to Article 8 of the "Practitioner of Medicine Law of the People's Republic of China" and the relevant provisions of the "Interim Measures for the Medical Qualification Examination" (No. 4 of the Decrees of the Ministry of Health of the People's Republic of China), the Medical Qualification Examination Committee of the Ministry of Health revised the 2005 edition of the Medical Comprehensive Written Examination Syllabus for Traditional Chinese Medicine and Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine, forming the 2006 edition of the Medical Comprehensive Written Examination Syllabus for Practitioners of Medicine and Assistant Practitioners of Medicine in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine. Under the principle of highlighting traditional Chinese medicine, clinical practice, and basic knowledge, the revision reasonably reduced some examination subjects, incorporated the content of classic works of traditional Chinese medicine into the examination scope of basic theories of traditional Chinese medicine, included subjects such as traditional epidemiology and medical ethics into the examination scope, included acupuncture and moxibustion into the examination scope for practitioners of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine, and reasonably expanded the knowledge scope of each examination subject. The syllabus serves as the basis for examination question setting, with a format divided into units, sub-items, and key points, striving to be concise, focused, and reflective of the basic requirements for the Practitioner of Medicine Qualification and Assistant Practitioner of Medicine Qualification.
