Administrative Law - Research on New Field Issues

Author: Yang Linhong

Features: The focus of this book lies in three aspects: First, current theoretical difficulties and hot topics, such as the public interest in administrative law, the mechanism of interest balancing in administrative law, the power of public crisis management, and administrative evidence. Second, long-term neglected issues in theoretical research but highly important in practice, such as administrative fees, administrative assistance, administrative grants, administrative investigation, and administrative compensation. Third, new theories and perspectives introduced with the development of politics, economy, and society, such as the third sector, the exclusion principle of administrative records, and administrative procedural sanctions. The title of this book, "Research on New Areas in Administrative Law," does not imply that the discussed fields are virgin territory in administrative law. Rather, it refers to areas where domestic scholars have yet to conduct in-depth research or have not yet formed mainstream views. The chapters of this book are arranged from macro to micro as a standard. It is worth noting that although there is not a strong logical connection between chapters, and the theoretical hierarchy of each chapter is not clearly defined, the book consistently follows a main thread: "speak of what others have not spoken, and explore what others have not explored."
