Now, our country is in an era of unprecedented prosperity and development, and also an era of openness and humanization. People’s demands for a "healthy life" are no longer just about material satisfaction but also about nurturing "mental health." Only when the "body" and "mind" develop in sync can humanity truly live a healthy life. The story of men and women is an ancient yet timeless topic. That’s why I wrote The Woman’s Soul Castle and The Man’s Spiritual Territory, attempting to place the secrets of the human mind in a broader coordinate system and seek answers to the so-called Heavenly Questions. I hope to advance together with my young friends in our shared learning. In savoring the joy of success, let us also reflect on our regrets. The ancient Yellow River winds its way through eighteen bends, allowing us to regain confidence in the echoes of history; the green mountains stretch across the heavens, enabling us to recapture the spirit of our time in the melody of the present. The fragility and dignity of life call out to us—cherishing life and loving life are the steps to crossing the threshold of "heaven."
