These experiences and practices, diverse due to varying national conditions, are highly valuable for reference. At the same time, the book offers us valuable insights: while learning from international experiences, we must also combine the realities of our own country and region, innovate after digesting and absorbing these practices, and strive to accelerate the construction of a resource-saving society in China. The articles selected for this book primarily come from three sources: first, investigative and research reports from the internal systems of the NDRC and relevant ministries; second, research articles written by experts and scholars; and third, on-the-ground reports and observations by media journalists and overseas personnel.
