Features: When selecting works from The Classic Piano Repertoire, the musical characteristics are our primary consideration, as they are the key focus for students' learning. When choosing musical pieces, it is essential to pay attention to their inner meaning, which allows students to quickly grasp the features, emotions, and personalities of each piece. Some works are widely recognized, while others may be less frequently heard, yet they can also earn the appreciation of teachers through performance. The selected pieces in these collections can serve as repertoire for both solo and group competitions. All works in this book are based on the earliest available editions and include fingerings. Teachers and students can make appropriate modifications to the fingerings based on the performer's. In certain cases, primarily in Baroque period works, we have added performance indications and a few dynamic markings. Regarding the use of the pedal, it should be handled with caution. Due to acoustic considerations, the effect of using the pedal varies on each piano and in every hall, so we generally do not arbitrarily include pedal markings.
