To meet the needs of deepening the teaching reform in law schools, we invited some professors and experts to compile this "New Evidence Law." Guided by Comrade Deng Xiaoping's theory of building socialism with Chinese characteristics, the book strives to comprehensively and accurately elaborate the basic principles, legal procedures, and fundamental methods of new evidence law, aiming to achieve a balance between scientificity, systematicity, and practicality.
